Salam. I’m looking for a 5 marla plot in the 10-12 lakh range in and around islamabad which i can buy now and construct a house in the next 2-3 years. Today i visited ittefaq town located on kirpa road near eden life. Its a nice little society, but my only two problems are, the entrance to kirpa road from lehtarar road is very small, if the population increases in the area, this will be a serious bottleneck. And there is no sui gas in the area currently. Please advise what to do. If you know of any alternatives in this price range, please do let me know.
Other than the mentioned concerns; Please don’t forget to ensure legality of the society as there are many illegal societies in that zone without any NOC. So be careful !!
I checked on the CDA website and indeed, ittefaq town is mentioned in the list of unauthorized societies. However , a lot of other well known,highly populated societies are also mentioned there. People have put millions of rupees in these societies. Would CDA really take action gainst them?
Well you never know when such an action is taken in the land of pure but to keep your hard-earned money safe from any such future problems; better dive in some clean water.
