Sorry but there's nothing for that amount in bt phase 8. What you might be referring to is extension of the phase which entails significant amount of development charges in the near future. Only reason why you might want to go for that area is if you're having cash inflow in chunks or if you're interested in a very long term aspect of real estate investment - since the area will be extremely lucrative in 10 years time due to it's location vis a vis motorway/chakri interchange/adyala road. And these are not even files, these are open certificates.
Medium to long term investment should be made in sectors i through to p starting from 12.75 upwards.
Don't know about gulberg but soan garden in spite of it's location is a cesspool of politics of the 'khokhar' clan

Location location location
Disadvantages, only for the short term plyers:
