I am buying packages from zameen.Com since 2017, now i have bought a titanium package 9 months ago but your agent is not cooperating with me properly.I pay my installments regularly and my last installment was due on 10 feb 2020 but my agent had blocked my account on 1 feb 2020.Also everyday he changes policies for my account, rather than providing me with help and ease i am facing more difficulty and problems with zameen.Com. Blocking account 10 days earlier and changing policies only for one customer shows irresponsibility and non professional attitude of your employees. I don't know whether he has some personal issues with me or what. So kindly help me resolve this problem.
