I am looking for a residential plot in phase 8 bahria town...Could you please suggest which block is better to invest ...As i noticed that prices went very high during a couple of months....I am interested in usman or omer block --7 marla...And how about f2 block? Any expert opinion

Usman and umer blocks, both are good for investment…
Usman Block is best Block for investment, you can still find 7 marla general plot at around 25 lacs, hope it will touch 35-40 lac in next 10 months or so…in the end ALLAH knows the best.
I guess Umer block you still be a better option bur usman block is not bad as well. Do istikhara perhaps if you believe
I don't think that you can get a 7 marla plot in Umer Block for 25 lacs, infact, i am shocked Mr.Aurangzeb Khan, I am also planning to buy a plot in Umer Block, i have shortlisted 3 very beautiful location plots in Umer Block , developed and the owner is asking 35 each. These are direct plots, the brokers are offering Umer Block plots for 37-40 lacs as the files prices are rising as well. What do u suggest Aurangzeb ? If you can tell me someone who can arrange 2 plots in 25 lac each, pls give me his contact details, i will be greatful.

F2 possession is not given as yet. Its better you go for developed blocks like A, B, C, D, E, F1, H etc in Bahria Town Phase 8.
@ Nasir Khursheed.......Brother this is again best time to invest in Bahria town, at 25 lac i have bought a general plot in usman block 30 days back but that was by chance, still you can find good location plot around 30-32 lacs now, after Bakra Eid market is expected to rise again.......general plots have gone up to 35 lacs but now again it come down to 30-32 lacs, and it will go up again soon....So its a risk free investment i think and best time to invest in Bahria Town Safari valley or Phase 8 good blocks.....If you need any further advise about safari valley and Pahse 8 you can call me anytime.......0300 5971099

Thanks for the update Aurangzeb bhai, you are very rite, i purchased a 7 marla general category plot in street 31 (park), level plot in 35 lacs, if i would have purchased it before 30 days i guess i could have saved 4-5 lacs, and you are rite, prices will go up after Eid as it is not stopping.
