A-Z costs for constructing double storey 40x70 plot in soan gardens islamabad

I am planning to construct my plot of 40x70 (Double Storey) in soan garden Islamabad. Before starting my construction i want to know budget +/- 10% budget so that i can better plan the cost and schedule.

I am in urgent requirement of a-z details along with its budget. Please also advise the time required to finish both stories.

I would appreciate for this guidance.

This will include all a grade material.

The finishing can start from Rs 600 to no limit which can be discussed in detail.

normally every person who come here is this forum , they have their own contractor already, but they dont trust their own contractor, k kahian yeah zayda paissay na lay jay hum say, and even they dont know how to handle / control their contractor. So they come here and send a request that i want to contractor and estimate my cost of construction.
