I have a house built on 600 yds in I 8/2. It was built by the owner in 2000 for himself, and I bought it from him. It has 3 independent portions: the upper portion has a mumty/servant quarter with attached bathroom; the first floor is independent and has 3 bedrooms with attached baths, lounge, drawing and dining and a very large terrace, and kitchen. The ground floor has 3 bedrooms, a study, 3 bathrooms, dining drawing rooms, a large lounge and a big kitchen with a store room. This floor also has one servant quarter with attached bathroom. There is a spacious concrete basement with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a kitchen and a store, and a very large lounge cum sitting and dining area. The basement is very airy and bright. There is a guest suite with an attached bathroom and a dressing room towards the back of the basement. The house can be rented as 3 seperate portions as all floors are completely independent including the gas and electric meters. There are 2 water connections, as well as a tube well of its own, so no water problems. What is a realistic price that I can expect for this property? I should also like to know the name of a reliable and competent Property Dealer. I am in Canada and really dont feel like selling this house, but I feel I have to now as I am getting old.
