Hello, i want to find out the cost for a basement plus 3 floors plaza built on 200 square yards/8 marla. Thinking about leaving some space for a fountain/yard in front to save cost if possible. Can you please tell me the price for this? Please include both the prices for gray structure and also complete with flooring etc.

I cannot say anything till the structure drawings in hand, Anyway, for 8 marla commercial Plaza it will be a frame structure and estimated AA grade grey structure cost will be Rs 1500/sft for Ground/Mezzanine / First Floor / 2nd Floor and 3rd Floor. Basement estimated AA grade grey structure cost will be Rs 2000 / sft.
I can give you exact cost if see the structure drawing.
Finishing works / interior design depend on material you select. It starts from Rs 1500 to 3000 per sft.
