If you have experience in construction in dha phase 6 in 7 marla projects. Please contact me, previous 7 marla project is mandatory in dha.
My requirements:
1- basement "big hall" if we can cover all area. No pillars open space hall.
2- ground floor. 1 bed + tv lounge + dining + bit big kitchen + drawing room. "parking for 2 cars".
3- first floor 3 beds + terrace + servant quarter
Need to apply for loan so i need boq first.
Material requirements:
Brick a+ special
Sand chinab
Sarya g-60
Cement maple leaf
Crush margala "density hard even shape".
Plumbing : dadex
Plint beam for damp proofing.
Heat proofing jumbo lawn on roof
Additional chemical for shuttering
Wooden sheets for shuttering to avoid honey combing.
Pvc membrane sheets for damp protection
Spacers for reinforcement pre fabricated.
Wooden choghats
Joint protection chemical "latex".

2- labor plus supervision quote.
3- turn key project "per square feet, basement separate quote and rest of the floors you can combine
Please come up with complete plan and with real passion of construction, i have noticed some people are not willing to work on requirement as they are not sure they will get project or not.
So please if you such limitation please do not jump in.

I did looked at your work on Face Book, currently i am reviewing people who actually did work on 7 Marlas which was mandatory. We hope insha ALLAH "SWT" soon we will finalize design work then i will come for quotation of construction for grey structure only.
Interior design will be third phase which you are good at, we will discuss about this in third phase.
