I am looking to make an investment in bahria town phase 7/8. I want to build a house on a 7 marla plot for the purposes of selling it. I want to know the latest per square feet charges for grey structure only/ with finishing. I am looking for a builder with whom i can work with long term. Please let me know the materials used/ how much quantity is needed and how much minimum time does a double story 7 marla take to construct

Can all of you tell me which area is the most profitable to do this business?. I am preparing my budget and i will visit to make an investment plan after I have finalised a location. ( for a start I am looking at maximum 1 crore all included)
Normally the cost for grey structure is around RS 1400-1500 and including finishing RS 2200-2400. Of course finishing cost will totally depend on how much you are willing to invest.

Indeed house construction is good bussiness but for that you need a team.I think Safari valley abu bakr block is best for 7 marla house. But the market is saturated there are more sellers than buyers here.So your product should stand out from others.this is my personal experience as i have myself build 7 marla houses.

In real estate there is only other option left that is buying and purchasing the plots.
Or go for buying a house or shop and have monthly income.

I am planning to build home in my village Mithial. Its around 47Km from Attock and 80Km from Rawalpindi.
I am looking for some one who can do design to Hand over the Key. Water, Electricity and Phone services are available On contraction site. Storage and sleeping Place is also available on site.
Its not huge project its between 35X70 to 50X90. But need some one can build home Just like Lahore DHA Homes or Bahira Town Homes.
