I think you should go for 1 Kanal plot in MPCHS F-17 which is already in possession.

You cannot find anything other than this in proper Islamabad either plot will be of less in size or unsatisfactory development.

Do visit the area before finalizing any deal.

I will must visit F-17 in sha Allah on my vacation.

In this amount go to Dha phase2 N and P.I hope prices will more rise after expressway.

Gulberg is also good option.

B-17 B and C block also safe and bright future.Allah is the best planner and he knows what will be the best for us.

What abt 1-12

I-12 is a graveyard right now. Don’t know about future but for now it is not worth it

G-15 is quite expensive and its difficult to find a good reasonable plot..

F-17 is much cheaper than others, one of the reason is its access from single fateh jhang road. Otherwise its 5km only 5 minutes drive from G-15.

There are some news about extension of that road. If the extension of road from tarnol railway crossing at GT road and Tarnol interchange at motorway or new airport appear in reality even in 5 years, the prices will definately increase by a decent percentage.

Bhi go to E-12 or G-14 for so much time to invest

@03355063653... I don't have much info about E-12 and G-14.. Are they fully approved by CDA, land acquired and possession of plots are given?? And what are the prices of plots there..??

We have so many examples of societies where either land is not acquired or development is not started from very long time, much more than 5 years in some cases...
