Options in terms of potential are:
1- Commercial property anywhere where possession possible in a legal society.
2- Multi Orchard. Old booking, hoping possession will be by the end of 2015 (which it seems).
3- F-15/F-16.
For commercial property in any running area such as jkchs f-15 size 30x30 sq-ft will cost you 8 million at least.
Multi orchard is a decent option but I would suggest that even if you buy new booking (last year's booking), possession will be given roughly at the same time to everyone. If you save money, you can apply the balance in Top city or cdechs.
For f-15 possession plot, this money will buy you 8 marla.
There is now talk of ring road touching cda sector i-16; if that project makes progress, i-16 will take off. Another option in the same area is foechs.
Agreed with Pk-1, go for Multi orchards/ farm house and rest of the money in "TOP CITY".

I visited DHA valley it will take 5 years or more but DHA phase 2 new sector are batter.according to my visits in different societies.
1: B-17 ( E block )
2: DHA phase 2 new sectors ( K,L,M,N,P)
3: Mumtaz city
4: TOP CITY D or F block
@ juma khan..You can also go for shops in dha phase 2..
Sector shops(ready to be rented) and residency shops(on instalment plan)..

do you have any options in b17, JKCHS or d-17 in the range of 50 to 60 laaks-commersial property.
I don't want commercials in BT and dha they are worthless( will take 45 years to get that many customers as these societies( commercialy speaking) Plus I do not want shops.

Sir i do not deal in zone 2…I am sorry to say that you have not studied the market properly??You know very well how much a dha and bahria commercial costs and how much a commercial costs at above mentioned places…Bahria and dha are far far ahead than the societies you mentioned in each and every aspect i.e commercially and residentially…A very recent example is commercial in sector D in dha 2…Those were booked at 1.32 crores and that too on instalments and after passing just one and half years they are not available even in 2.5 crores.

I need it for personal customer access later InshaAllah. I am a doctor and inshaAllah want to open a lab, imaging somewhere I have mor epatients in future. BT and dha are not for customers. The property will skyrocket but customers will not be much due to location.
As you wish sir…I do not think so that any commercial plot will be available in your budget in b-17…In jkchs,sector commercial price is => 1 crores but those are not markaz commercials and are not very promising…I think the only option left is d-17…
