5 year horizon investment near new airport,,, wapda, awt or pechs

Please guide me, my plan is to move and live at this location after 8 to 10 years ... Also the target is near the new airport

If the objective is to live right next to the airport then PECHS meets that criteria from these three.

Q1. How about ECHS D-18... Is that a good and safe society?

2nd Question. I heared that PECHS can face some objections from CAA as it is very close to airport .. Is that correct?

If I am investing form capital gain, how much increase I should expect in 5 years?

Dear Mr Yousuf Abdul Ghaffar, ECHS at D-18 is a fine society and the good part is that houses are already under construction. If you are looking from capital gains perspective and because you have a longish time horizon, I would recommend AWT over ECHS. IF (because it is still not clear) the interchange at AWT gets finished and opened for traffic, the prices over there will be much higher than most people even expect. It is a slight risk though because of the IF involved.

PECHS is quite close to the airport but my understanding is that it is clear of the so called "Funnel Area". Any restrictions by CAA will effect the height of buildings which has impact on commercial structures not residential buildings. Access through FJ road is a potential weak point. Considering 8-10 years, both of them will give you excellent capital returns IA.

This is a very deep question, I am not sure who I should ask this question............... Let's say I am more interested in ECHS, In that case appreciate your expert advise about sector ! D, F, G , H or M . Which one among these is better and has advantage over others ?
