I would suggest DHA Phase 9, 5-Marla File. Long term investment, but will give good return after 5-6 years. The price as per lahorerealestate.com is PKR 18.85 lac these days.

Dear i suggest u I-12 CDA sector these days u can get 25x50 size plot in this budget if it is developed it will be of more worth than 75 laks
DHA Phase-9, 5-Marla file is good option in this budget for 4-5 years of Investment.
Buy 7 Marla in Jinnah Garden Isb or 5 marla in DHA Rahbar Lahore or DHA phase 9 lahore.
Syed go for dha phase 9 file 5 marla , if u want to see it in 50 lacs in 4 years , go for dha ph 2 sec 9 , it will do the same , if u can get 15 lac more go for dha town 5 marla plot .
But invest in ur city so dha ph 2 sec n in isbd forget it , and go for ph 9 lahore .
