Yes khan bhai actually the deal is sold to a single party in bulk purchase by dha isb..and that party is re-selling those plots.
Asif sb..Sir smaller plots are always expensive in any society e.g 10 marla in P is 68 to 71 lacs.It is even expensive when compared to kanal.In dha 2, 10 marla good plot is 115 to 125 lacs and kanal is 175 lacs for good plot. Same is the case in isb sectors.This is the paradigm of property market.
