I'm writing this on behalf of Clare builders.The cost of gray structure is depending upon your design , plot and budget but it varies from 1150-1300 per square feet. After finishing it totally depends upon what type of finish you want. In totall (including material and gray structure) after finish costs you in the range of 1800-2300 per square feet.
