I have a budget of around 40 lac and i am looking to buy 5/7 marla plot for immediate construction. I think i can find something in either bahria phase 8 or bahria enclave.
I am trying to decide where. I work in i-9 so be is closer, however, i am used to longer commute as currently i live on rent in dha phase 2. Schooling is another major concern.
Another issue is both these projects don't have noc as far as i am able to tell, so would it cause any problems?
Please let me know your thoughts/advice, and if there are any alternatives to either BE or BT phase 8 in my budget.
Also, if anyone has an idea of when possession will be available in BE sector F-1, please let me know.
