Plans for residence: not at all (whole family ties belong to karachi)
I want to buy property in islamabad. My plan is to sell the property after 5-6 years and buy a decent apartment in karachi and return to pakistan.
I will really appreciate if you can share your valuable advice in connection with above mentioned conditions.

I got to know that for CDA schemes, payment has to be made at once whereas in societies, you can make payment in installments. Is it true?
Is it a better option two buy a couple of small plots rather than going for one plot? in my budged i.e. 40 lac, Can I afford two 5-marla plots in zone 5?
