Sir what you think about I-16 , when it will be livable ? I know there is pocession available and few homes also there when i visited 3 years before -- not know current situation.
At that time there was no commercial, no school, no clinic / medical store and neither any public transport.

You are right there is less basic facilities but people are living there.Lot of new construction in I-14,16.Still good option for low budget investors.
Prices are raised more than 80% in last two years.

If I have to pick one, I would choose I-16 over Mumtaz City. Do not invest in any society near airport unless you get possession of the plot to start construction.
The best performing real estate market is Karachi. A 14 installments paid 1 kanal file in BTK will cost you 4.5 million. Only two installments are remaining and you will get plot number in 6 months. Chances of sure gain in 6-9 months. You may even get a 14 installments paid 5-10 marla file with number in your budget.
