According to bylaws of CDA,You are required to leave 6 feet at the back and front. 2 feet shade allowed at the back and front. So total covered area will be 30x52=1560 for ground floor.
Average covered area is around 3200 sqft for 30x60 plot double storey house. Basement covered area depends on your choice
