I want to purchase a 3 Marla small plot for building a house for my parents in Islamabad. I have accepted this challenge by my family. My budget is 5 lac for the purchase of plot. The plot should be ready to build and preferably in a residential area and not in some jungle. I need your help experts please help me in this cause.

Sohail sahab you think its impossible? I have seen some plots in Bhara Kahu but they are minimum 5 marla for 7 lacs.

Rawalpindi will be far from my area I would prefer areas like near airport surroundings, lehtrar road nearby areas etc

New airport janab. I was looking forward to airport enclave as it was offering instalment so I can afford it but then I read on zameen.com that it is not good housing scheme, so I left this option. Now I have option no.2 in that region which is graceland housing scheme which is in newspaper these days so what is your say on that?
All those housing schemes are outside islamabad and rawalpindi. …in jateh jang. …

Waisay by the way,GraceLand is also away from Islamabad... And even there you will not find ready to build in 5 lacs.

Ghazi sab i will not recommend you grace land and airport enclave.airport enclave is 7,8 years investment.i will recommend you wapda town in E block.in other blocks 5 marla plot may be in 7 lax but in E block may be you can get in 5 lax.
Can you please give me more details on wapda town like its location and how to buy there?
