3 bed built house/apartment options in isl/rwp

We have budget of 60-65 lac, looking for buying a house or flat in isl/rwp. It is mainly for our own living with basic facilities. We can delay our move into the house/apartment for up to a year but ideally any option for up to six months from now.

From my very limited browsing experience, i have short listed following limited options as of now:

1- dha homes lilly 8 marla house
2- defence residency dha phase 2

Any other options? Pros and cons will be very much appreciated from property gurus.

I have seen 3 bed houses in BT phase 8 Rafi block and Ali block on this site. Some prices are around 70 lakhs but as you no doubt know prices are always negotiable. Please be aware of the Takht pari issue that could affect BT Phase 8 Rafi block though…

Go for Lignum towers in DHA phase2 .better option then both u listed.

Ali , Usman block in safari valley Bahria phase 8 is good option if you are going for flat then as Dr sahib suggested is also a good option. Dr sahib please also share the price with us.

Category Special (Terrace and extra 2 store rooms) and demand is 72 lakh. Management office is in same building to be available on a call. To give a reference, the same developer is constructing its new project right next to it and the bookings are 7000 minimum to 8000 maximum depending on the floor for per square feet with possession in 2 years as per their claim.
