1:For living purpose in future then B-17 E or Safari Valley Ali block is good but it both will rise slow because already developed so there is genuine investors only.
2:For good return investment in near future then go to develop but less populated area like
1:Bahria E-1,G,L and I block
2:University town
3:B-17 F block
4:FT
5:Dha Phase-3
All above are safe and developed
3:For long term investment like 3 to 5 years but safe(Must conform NOC before enter by RDA or CDA)
