I have a budget of 3-3.5 million. Need a plot for house construction (not for investment). I want to have a 10 marla plot at least. Have looked into e16 cabinet division. Liked the society. Will i be able to get a 10 marla plot in this range in e16/2, e16/3? Any other option? Top priority is possession and location near islamabad. Any guidance in this regard will be highly appreciated.
