Can someone suggest me where should i invest 20 million in Bharia Town, Karachi? How much i expect ROI per year?
I can wait up to 4 years to grow property rates.

Look for a shop on ground floor on main Jinnah Avenue or in midway commercial, with in 5-6 KM from the main gate entrance, good rental income plus will also appreciate .
Or
Buy bahria Heights outer facing appartments in I,J,KL towers, 70-75 laks on installment, in a year or two it will easily reach 110-115 lak, like the ones ready in ABCD,EFGH towers.
