2 kannal - 4 houses?

My question is concerning i have a 2 kannal plot, which we received in inheritance. Can we build 4 small houses on this ? As we are four brothers?
Does it matter what i build on it if its for residential? Or are there rules what can be built?
We have a plot in lda colony lahore.

Sir for this you have to thoroughly study the construction rules laid down by lahore development authority for construction of residential building…

Thanks for a fast response. Does this mean that all colonies have different rules? i mean is it likely to be different rules for bharia, johar town etc?
