I need your advice on investment option in rawalpindi or islamabad in some possession plot where i can build my own house in coming one year or two.
My budget is 2.5 million which i want to use to buy the plot.
Please suggest me socieites and their phases/blocks which fit to my budget and other criteria (possession, repute etc.). Thanks in advance

I will advise you possession plots, so here is the list in my opinion:
DHA Valley
B-17 E Block
Bahria Phase 8
You can go for H or N blocks of Bahria Enclave. However to be livable, it will take some time.......
Bahria Phase 8 is also an option.
Faisal Town (F-18) is also not bad option... Right inside the populated area.
B-17 E Block is also good, but may not be livable in one year time frame.....

Go for Airport housing society sector 1, 2 or 3 it will be little difficult to find 5 marla plot in your budget but you should be able to find it…rental value is very good in this area and signal free road from zero point to rawat will surely have connection at airport so prices will definitely go up.1st phase of signal free from zero point to faizabad is completed and 2nd phase from faizabad to airport chowk work is in full swing…do consider this area this is my suggestion. Rest Allah knows better.
I have visited bahria town phase 8 last month during my visit to Pakistan,its very far from Rawalpindi and development in safari valley is average
Lahore is currently most attractive city of Pakistan in terms of Property Investment. But what attracts more to investors is Return on Investment (ROI).
I will prefer and suggest the area of Mominpura (Ring Road) for investment. Right now the ROI which is proved to my other investors is around 25-40% which is very high as compared to DHA and Bahria where ROI is merely 1-2%..

yesterday i bought plot in bahria enclave sector h for 28.5 lacks plot although has possession.
It best investment and soon i will start construction of my home.
Its a gernal plot and back is open.
Afer bayana the owner got 29 lack offer
