In that range you can get a commercial plaza in class 3 markets of zone 1 around 1.2 crore to 2 crore with different rental incomes, in that range you can made a plaza in Bahria G-15 PWD different sizes with different locations.
Usually in market 15 to 25 percent bayana amount will be paid at the time of deal and remaining amount will be paid at time of transfer. Time of transfer can be settle mutually.
