Where to buy in Islamabad with a budget of 16 lac?

Am I better off in buying a shop, flat, plot or file?

Go for any option above, except very long term options , i think u already are aware of it.

But dont wait too much, just go and buy, and forget it for atleast six months to one year.

Is there any option available in top city with 7/8 lac cash and remaining amount on istallments? If no then what would you suggest in this scenario? An early response is requested.

BROTHER one Marla shop in a populated area is not less than 20 lacks in good areas, any how it can be achieved in the inner streets of populated areas ,

and that's a good investment, if there is no risk of fraud in registry or transfer issues,

you can give it on rent or put a sales man on salary, and place some 2 to 3 lacks [ edible items ],

Why not G16 /1, /2 for investment. The sector next to g15. Justvsee the prices n its next available genuine sector n 3 n 4 has construction started. Noc of 1 n 2 is just remaining. Please comment all u know… The status etc.

App cake !! in 7-8 lac it is very difficult to find a plot in pindi or Isb at good place. In TOP CITY at present , minimum price of 10 marla plot is 11.25 lac ( cost of land),development charges have to be paid separate which are 5 lac and to be paid in installments.

Now the answer, wot to do... Increase ur budget and invest before eid.
