Should I invest 10million in f14/f15 or I14?
I14 will get boom after golra underpass while f14/f15 are near Kashmir highway, F sectors, CDA ka tag etc.
i dont think you can get anything in f-14 under 10 million budget right now, a 10 marla profit is around 10.5-11M + 1.6M paid + new installment in coming 1-2 months. So minimum budget should be around 13 Million.
As the transfer is still not open so you just have to buy the file and an agreement with the investor who bought the file from some allottee so its a high risk at the moment.
Better wait for 1 month and let the transfer open. But keep your budget around 13-14 million.
in I-14 you can get a solid 30x60 or may be 35x60 possession plot in your budget. As the prices of I-15 are going very high so I-14 will also rise soon.
