But no action... There are a number of illegal housing societies in Islamabad CDA often advertise in newspapers n its website but these societies now have multiple phases and people are living there.

Dude seriously, if someone needs to take any action at all, it should be against the PM. :P On a serious note, if they wanted to stop these illegal societies, they should have done something before these societies started. Now they have got residents living there. What are they going to do? Evict them and bulldoze down their properties? Hardly a chance of that happening.
