Good location plots in phase8 C block 4.7 to 5.5 million according to location.
D block 5.8 to 6.3 million.
Please check the market before done any deal.

which is so called prime sector at phase 8? its F1?or overseas sector? though i seen some kachi abaadi with mosque at overseas enclave .

Nadeem bhai! I have a 1-kanal plot file in F-4, phase 8. I had the impression that possession is soon, but visited recently and found F-1 ready, F-2 being developed, F-3 in need of quite a bit of work yet while F-4 has nothing on ground at this time. There was a mound with some trees where I could imagine F-4 is going to be and someone told me that it belongs to an MNA or ex-MNA and bahria is still trying to buy it from him.
I got really disappointed and thinking if I should just sell this file and move to bahria enclave for a 10-marla plot instead, A or C1 sector? What would u advise me? If I decide to sell, expected price these days? Thanks

Allah always knows what is better for us,just i can give my opinion that Bahria phase8 is better for investment and more better for living,C block is fully possession and good block of phase8.

just believe possession area don't go to any extension because extension is always risky and very long term investment.
