I am an overseas pakistani with budget of around 1.2 crores. Initially i would ideally like to buy a 10 marla / 1 kanal plot and then eventually build a house on it in the next year or so.
My mum (i will be building it for her) likes eden city as it is quite close to the city and other amenities and there are rumors that it will be part of dha as well. However i prefer proper dha not even park view or air avenue. Dha phase 5 and 6 are my favorite but they are out of my price range even for 10 marla plot.
Can this community kindly guide me towards building the dream home for my mum and whether i should get the plot in eden city, given all the negativity around it and people calling it a hoax and something that might get shot down by the next govt. Or should i wait and save in order to get a 10 marla plot in dha phase 5 or 6? Where will the long/short term investment stand? Also any preference for different blocks in these locations?
I know i asked multi-fold questions and questions which can't be answered easily but please do try to help if possible :)

Avoid eden! Bad reputation.
I think in this amount you get 10 marla in pahse 6, also you can get 1 kanal in phase 7 lower cutting.
@Calm Thanks for your reply. Eden seems to be the correct choice due to commute to where we need to commute and most family is living in Air Avenue so it would make sense.
Is it safe to buy in Eden City?
And how do you come to the conclusion of bad reputation? One of my family member has already built a 10 marla house there. Is it because it is build on non confirmed land?

Salam sir this is shahid from estate planners dha lahore® as per ur budget u can purchase plot in edencity which is not a bad option right now air avenue,phase-6 & phase-7 as well if u want to construct ur home in near future then i recomend phase-6 ,phase-8(ex-airavenue)& edencity as well regards
