I am an overseas pakistani with budget of around 1.2 crores. Initially i would ideally like to buy a 10 marla / 1 kanal plot and then eventually build a house on it in the next year or so.
My mum (i will be building it for her) likes eden city as it is quite close to the city and other amenities and there are rumors that it will be part of dha as well. However i prefer proper dha not even park view or air avenue. Dha phase 5 and 6 are my favorite but they are out of my price range even for 10 marla plot.
Can this community kindly guide me towards building the dream home for my mum and whether i should get the plot in eden city, given all the negativity around it and people calling it a hoax and something that might get shot down by the next govt. Or should i wait and save in order to get a 10 marla plot in dha phase 5 or 6? Where will the long/short term investment stand? Also any preference for different blocks in these locations?
I know i asked multi-fold questions and questions which can't be answered easily but please do try to help if possible :)

Eden city is recommended , for all the more reasons, it will form part of dha lhr

Absar Bhai, please dont get confused with other segments of Eden, the eden city which adjascent to parkview and air avenue ex phase 8 has no litagations and clear from every thing , u can safely buy a plot here .
