Is Bahria currently selling any 10 Marla plots on installments. If yes, can someone please let me know the procedure for applying for it. What phase/sector should I go for? It will be purely for investment expecting some good returns in a couple of years. Please advise and thanks in advance.

I contacted Bahria town sales today and they have told me there is currently no 10 marls plots available on instalments. In fact they told me about Bahria Hamlets; these are one kanal and two kanal plots only in phase 8. Price of one kanal plot is 9000000 payable in 4 quarterly instalments with down payment of 2350000. Do any of you guys know about this project as I can’t find any mention of it on Bahria’s website. Will it be good for investment. Please advise. Thanks.
Arshad if there is a factor of 'interest' included in it then do not go for instalments please.
And 9 million for 1 kanal plot? I dont think that now its a good investment option. This price already falls in the upper limit.

9 million is a large sum of money for 1 kanal of land but i guess the price would be more digestible in installments. Bahria Town still holds a lot of promise and may emerge to be better than DHA in near future but Allah knows best.

You can get 10 marla plot on installments in Bahrai Enclave Islamabad. Area is very well developed.

I know 90M for one kanal plot is quite high even if it is on instalments.

10 Marla Plot on Installment in Enclave ? i think time for payment of installment has already been lapsed and no more 10 Marla plots are available on installment.
There are so many plots available on installments in Bah Encl.
