I am planning to purchase 10 marla house in Bahria Town phase 1 - 6 new or old house kindly advise on my below questions
- My budget is 8million is this enough?
- What will be the rental value?

If you need a house of 10 marla in Bahria phase 1 to 6 your budget should be around 9 million. range starts from 9 million to 11 million depends on location and also construction. Maybe on cash payment you will get a house around 8.5 million. Rental value of above mentioned homes are around 35 to 40 thousand approximately.
