It should cost you around 3.5-4 million.
@Nafees bhai Prices in sabzazar are quite high. The price of brand new 5-Marla double story (4-bedrooms) would be around 54-lacs.
Hi, Brand new is not required, requirement is this home should be constructed with good combination of material. And dont want to buy house from THEKDAR who are constructing home and selling as business. These are not good enough.
We have a bitter experience of this.
