Considering moving to islamabad, looking to buy a move-in ready place close to zero point. Requirements include 24/7 electricity, a good school, and walled/security availibility. What are my options?
Centaurus apartment can be explored though for less than that amount you can buy a decent size plot in CDA sector D-12. But D-12 is not close to Zero Point.
You can also explore PHA apartments in G-7 Shahra-e-Faisal. If you can advise on your budget I can guide you much better.

You can buy old house in G-10.
Kamransb…For gated living and uninterrupted supply you can go for bahria 1 to 6…For secure gated living u can for defence phase 2…Otherwise you have to go for an old not livable house in any cda sector.

The guy has said he needs close to Zero Point, and you are telling him to buy in Bahria 1-6. Shabash "engineer"!
He can easily find a small house in G-7 which is practically closest to Zero Point with substantial money to spare. This money can be used to renovate the house to whatever standard he wants.

@ chaudhry fahim iqbal…Don’t do criticism for the sake of criticism…Get your glasses and read his whole requirement list…You will provide him a gated colony and uninterrupted supply in G-7…Do you even know that there is no 10 marla in g-7 …either there are 25x60 or some bigger plots like 790 sqyds onwards…And one more thing who the hell would buy him such a cheap house in this budget of size 10 marla in cda sector that he would save amount for renovation…Or tumhain mere bahria ki advise pe aitraaz hai 10 or members ne bhi bahria recommend kia unki advise pe to apko koi takleef nahi hui…

@ KAMRAN SB…Sir one more thing my recommendation would be to buy a kanal plot and get it constructed in your budget…it would be a much better option as you will enjoy a lavish house and you will have a big asset as a result…
