Dear all can anyone help me in estimation of grey structure of a 10 marla double story house which includes
1) cement
2) bricks
3) labor
4) sarya
5) any thing else related to grey structure.
I wanted to know how much money i must have in my pocket to at least complete the grey structure.
Will be really thankful for your kind responses.
BRICKS 55,000
CEMENT 650
STEEL 4 to 6.5 tons
SAND 2-3 trucks
CRUSH 3-4 trucks
Plastering sand 1.5 to 2 trucks.
A normal truck has between 850 to 900 cubic feet of sand/crush.
This above estimate is based on a general 10 marla plot construction.
These estimates are above DPC level as ground realities can only be estimated upon visit.
Above estimate includes pillars and beams.
Steel estimated can increase depending on how the architect has designed and what gauge of steel you will use. (60 gauge or 40 gauge)
Plaster sand and cement will depend on the total area of the walls and the condition of brick laying. Normal it is between 80 to 100 sqft per cement bag.
Between 200 to 250 bags of cement for plastering.

HT sab very thnx for this post.this post is very helpful for me.i want to construct a 8 marla double story house in bahria enclave with two beds drawing dining and lounge in down and same in uper story.i dont know how much will be total covered area.i think you know batter than me how much covered area can be in bahria enclave.plz give me estimate how much material will be used in this house of 30x60.
