I have a 10 Marla corner plot in Ghauri Town Phase 5, now a days price is around 55 lac, I want to ask from experts that prices will go further up or should I sell it right now?

Sir my opinion would be sell it and buy a 1 kanal plot in dha phase 2(ex commoners) of size 1 kanal in N or P block…It will be much better investment as compared to ghauri town…
