I'm planning to buy a kanal plot in dha phase 2 extension and found a second to corner plot in block k on street 25 for 70 lac. I cross checked with a estate agent who told me the asking price is too high and it shouldn't be more than 40 - 42 lac. I browsed same category plots on zameen.Com and found prices close to 70 lac.
Now who should i believe? Can any expert here tell me the actual current value of a k block plot which is next to a corner plot?

Tell that real estate agent to buy you plot in the range he mentioned.

It’s a possession plot in X-Commoner’s town.
K block plot prices are too high. I think 70 is reasonable, but you should/must inspect site by yourself, infact i would say 70 is fair enough price if you can get a plot in K in this price. The plots which are in depression are being sold in 75-80, and on Main bulle ward plots are being sold above 90 lacs.
