I am planning to buy 1 kanal plot in lahore dha phase 9. My plan is to keep the plot for 3-4 years.
Can experts please answers following questions:
1. What is the best block/sector to buy 1 kanal plot in phase 9
2. Is phase 9, a good investment or can u suggest a better society.. My budget is 6 million.
3. Any advise you want to give for location of plot (like it should not be near graveyard, or village, or anything)

I have a Plot in M block Prism in 6 million range,
The plot is on the lower side of map , but NOT a boundary , facing graveyard or nalla plot.

Yes experts can you please shed a light on this. I am also thinking of buying 1 kanal in Prism 9, and would not mind to hold it for 3 years. Plot price is currently in 85K without development charges, what price do you see in 3-4 years for the plots which are currently in 80k range?
In my personal opinion, PRISM prices are inflated and will go through correction phase since it is long term project (5-7 years) and 1 crore+ including development charges does not make sense.
