1 kanal plot in Cda Sector

I just want to know that can we construct 4-5 marla house in a 1 kanal plot in cda sector after constructing boundary wall , is it permissible to construct on an area of 4-5 marla and rest is opened.

yes, u can do that. the minimum is mentioned like 7 feet side and 15 feet front but max you can do it as you wish.
