I am looking to buy 1 kanal plot in phase 8 block p for 45 lakhs.
What do you think? I would really appreciate some advice.

I would prefer H and I block 10 marla for 35 lacks approx or if a have a higher budget then A block for 1 kanal, genuine buyers and contruction would give u gain, non posession plots are not favorable at the moment, thier possession would be delayed by bahria other wise supply and demand equilibrium would further effect the market
But some plots in block P have possession and prices are at bottom now… Surely they wont fall further
If that it so and development status is complete then that is the best option for 1 kanal in this budget, (y)
