I want to construct a home after 6 months in Lahore. Where should I purchase a plot of 1 Kanal or 10 Marla within budget of 10 million. Recommendations from senior experts are required. The experts can give advice by keeping in view ROI (Return On Investment).

As i mentioned in your other post, you are likely to buy a plot of 10 marla in your budget in phase 6.
But if DHA is not your priority then there are other options as well. But personally i would recommend DHA because it offers good living.
