Multi gardens launched in 2004 spreading over an area of more thank 16000 kanals of Margalla Hills and on G. T Road on one side while motorway (M-1) on the other side is yet another remarkable project of the society. The sector covers the area earmarked for these sectors namely A-17 B-17 and B-18.
The Society launched its first housing project of Islamabad Gardens E-11/3 in 1989 and E-11/1 in 2001 on approval of layout plans and in accordance with the laid down specifications rules and regulations of the Capital Development Authority.
