Lahore: The basement piling work of Zameen Development’s first real estate project ‘Zameen Opal’, launched in May 2019, has been completed; with Mukhtar Sons, the development contractor, currently being engaged in completing the building’s column structure – according to Zameen.com sources.
Zameen Opal has been planned as a 9-floor residential complex with two basement spaces. The building material required to pursue the construction work planned under the project’s current and upcoming developmental phases has already been purchased.
The project’s present, on-ground, situation suggests that the developmental effort is progressing at a rapid pace.
