Zameen.com acquires Pine Sunset Apartments’ sales rights; discount on offer

Lahore: Zameen.com has acquired exclusive sales and marketing rights for all units in Pine Sunset Apartments project – situated in Haripur. The high-class apartment project is located just a few kilometres away from Monal in Margalla Hills, Islamabad.

To this effect, Zameen.com has announced a 10% discount facility on upfront payments made for all apartment available for purchase in the project. On payment of 50% of the apartments total cost, clients will be able to avail a 5% discount offer.

The project developer has already acquired all the needed approvals from Town Municipal Authority, Khanpur.

The residential compound features studios, as well as one-bed and two-bed apartments. These units are available on an 18-month payment plan; which can be adjusted into monthly, quarterly or bi-annual basis with option for balloon payments available. Booking amount is set at 30%, while 10% total price is to be paid at the time of possession.

The total size of the apartment complex is 12,742 square feet, and it features basement, lower ground, ground and four floors.
