Islamabad: The Pakistan Housing Authority (PHA) Foundation has announced its decision to hold a public auction of the shops located in its project situated on Kuri Road – scheduled for January 18 and 19. As per the announcement, these shops are located in the Pakistan Housing Authority Officers Residencia Blocks A and B.
The event is scheduled to commence on January 18 at 10:00am at the Islamabad Hotel., wherein 48 shops will be auctioned in Block A, while 40 shops will be auctioned in Block B. The details of auction and relevant forms and documents can be obtained against a fee of PKR 1,000 from the Office of PHA Foundation Shaheed-e-Millat Secretariat Director (Land & Estate); located in Blue Area, China Chowk, Jinnah Avenue, Islamabad.
Further, PKR 100,000 will have to be submitted as a token
money for bidders who seek to participate in the public auction ceremony. This
amount will be refunded to the unsuccessful bidders, while it will be adjusted
against the payable amount for the successful bidders.
The token money will have to be submitted in the form of pay
order or demand draft.
