Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) recently announced that development work at the Park Enclave project had been initiated and that the government authority was now seeking the issuance of a cost-effective demand draft from the department concerned in order to supply gas to the housing scheme, a news source reported.

The CDA has recently been quite consistent in its efforts to move the development of the Park Enclave project forward. The authority revealed that the construction of the project’s bridge was in its advanced stages and that the columns for this purpose had already been completed. In addition, the construction of five out of a total of eight transoms had also been finished in a timely manner.

Moreover, the development authority also revealed that it had cast the girders for the bridge and would be installing launching girders by the third week of February. Additionally, as per the authority’s statement, the bridge’s construction will be completed within the assigned deadline.

As per CDA officials, once the bridge is fully operational, it would provide improved access within the Park Enclave. The authority has constructed the bridge on the Gumrahkus Nullah.
Previously, the CDA had illuminated the major roads of Park Enclave by making the street lights operational. On the other hand, work on installing of lights in the remaining roads and streets is currently underway.
