Islamabad: The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has launched the registration process for a limited number of apartments situated in various under-construction projects in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Lahore, a news source reported.

These schemes include Lifestyle Residency DHA (situated on Baidian Road Lahore), Skyline Apartments (located near the New Islamabad International Airport), FMC Indus Vista (Rawalpindi) and Chaklala Scheme-III (Rawalpindi).

The FGEHF has further announced its decision to entertain applicants on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis. To this effect, it has stated that those government employees who have already availed housing facilities would not be eligible to submit further applications for these schemes.

The FGEHF is expected to begin the construction work of about 12,000 apartments following the completion of the planning work. The allotment process has already initiated under the executive’s efforts aimed providing housing facilities to low-grade employees.
